We proudly serve the unemployed and underemployed, matching candidates with contractors needing to meet municipal, HUD and WHEDA funding contractor utilization and workforce hiring goals.
The key to our success is service.
We stand by our placements, providing as-needed human resources consulting to contractors, and trainee mentoring until they land solidly with an employer, or move onto apprenticeship training.
Working Together
Founder and Senior Consultant Vi Hammelman launched the first successful Milwaukee area hands-on Core Construction training program Absolute Advantage at Milwaukee's Social Development Commission 9 years ago. Since, hundreds of trainees have successfully completed the 12-week program and have found careers in construction.
