*MILWAUKEE projects REQUIRE you to live within the CITY. All positions have the potential for permanent CAREER employment. Starting pay is a minimum of $16.00/hour for entry-level/no experience candidates.

MICHIGAN STREET COMMONS

MILWAUKEE - 8th & Michigan St.  This is a 99-unit, 1- & 2-bedroom new construction housing development. It is the first phase of the larger mixed-use and multi-phase plan for The Iron District. Construction began January 2023.  Website

THE CORLISS - (Filer & Stowell)

MILWAUKEE - 147 E. Becher St.   This is a 576-unit, 1- & 2-bedroom new construction housing 3- year development involving eight five-story buildings. Construction begins in March 2024. 

THE FORT AT THE RAILYARD

GREEN BAY - 419 Donald Driver Way, this is a redevelopment of the historic Larsen Canning Company near Leicht Memorial Park. It is expected to be completed in the Summer 2024.

CARPENTRY

Carpenters need manual dexterity, good eye-hand coordination, physical fitness and a good sense of balance. Typically, on large commercial projects you will find rough-carpentry (framing) and finish carpentry (doors, molding, windows, trim...)  The ability to solve mathematical problems quickly and accurately also is required. 

ELECTRICIAN

Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, physical fitness, and a good sense of balance. Electricians also need good color vision in order to recognize electrical wires by color.  Wisconsin apprentice candidates are required to have a driver's license and high school diploma or its equivalency. 

MASON

Strong work ethic, dependability, and basic math skills. Brickmasons, blockmasons and stonemasons use bricks, concrete blocks and natural stones to build attractive, durable surfaces and structures. 

HVAC TECHNICIAN

Good hand-eye coordination, physical dexterity, mechanical and mathematical aptitude. HVAC technicians work with motors, compressors, pumps, fans, thermostats and computerized switches control systems in residential, commercial and industrial structures.  

PAINTER

 Good manual dexterity, vision, and color sense, as well as physical stamina and balance. This career path ranges from industrial spray painters who apply coatings to prevent deterioration to decorative artisans who create faux finishes.
